Royalty Padding Cape Coral, FL Job Details Temporary | Full-time | Contract 1 day ago Benefits Relocation assistance Qualifications Carpentry Maintenance work Metal materials Construction site experience Drywall installation Entry level Woodworking Full Job Description Royalty Padding is seeking motivated and dependable Installation Technicians to join our growing team specializing in gold metal padded room installations for hospitals, correctional facilities, psychiatric wards, behavioral health centers, and other secure facilities across the United States. This position involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of specialized safety padding systems designed to meet high-security and behavioral health standards. Candidates with prior experience in construction, carpentry, drywall, metal work, or padded room installation are preferred; however, training will be provided to the right candidate who is willing to learn and travel. This is a travel-based position that requires frequent and consistent travel throughout the USA. Applicants must be comfortable being away from home regularly, working in various states, and adapting to different job site environments. We are looking for individuals who are professional, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in secure and fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
