We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated business manager to oversee the daily business operations of our growing organization. The successful candidate will be a Christ-follower. Position Summary The business manager is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the administrative and business functions of the organization. This individual will manage financial and operational processes, human resources, grant reporting support, donor and grantor records, and day-to-day administrative activities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational excellence. Primary Responsibilities Maintain financial records and supporting documentation. Ensure all bills, invoices, payroll-related deadlines, and financial obligations are processed accurately and on time. Coordinate human resource functions, including employee onboarding, personnel files, and compliance documentation. Maintain confidential employee, donor, and grantor records. Compile statistical and operational data required for grant reports and organizational reporting. Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, audits, and organizational compliance. Coordinate vendor relationships and office operations. Support the Executive Director with administrative and operational projects. Maintain organized business records and filing systems. Oversee the daily administrative needs of the organization while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field required. A master's degree is a plus. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible business or administrative management experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Intuit Quickbooks and financial/business management software. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines. Experience with nonprofit organizations, grant administration, healthcare administration, and human resources is highly desirable. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
