Sanding Full Job Description Requirements:

Must specialize in true Level 5 drywall finish work Ability to perform all punch-out and touch-up work to high standards Skilled in skim coating, texture matching, corner detailing, and surface correction Must maintain clean and organized job sites Ability to identify imperfections and proactively correct them Must work well with project managers, superintendents, painters, and other trades Reliable transportation and tools required

Responsibilities:

Complete Level 5 finish preparation for premium paint applications Final sanding and surface perfection under critical lighting conditions Repair and touch-up work throughout project completion Handle punch-list drywall and finishing items efficiently Ensure all walls and ceilings meet luxury residential quality standards
