This energetic position involves supporting the warranty process and punch list procedures, helping to identify and resolve issues efficiently. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and tradespeople to facilitate timely repairs, inspections, and quality assurance measures. Duties Assist in conducting detailed inspections of completed work to identify deficiencies or warranty issues across various trades such as drywall installation, flooring, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule repairs or corrections promptly, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Track progress on punch list items and warranty repairs through regular follow-ups and updates. Aid in documenting inspection reports, repair statuses, and communication logs for transparency and accountability. Help facilitate walkthroughs with clients or project teams to verify completion of punch list items and warranty work. Maintain organized records of all warranty claims, inspection reports, and repair documentation for future reference. Skills Strong knowledge of construction processes including drywall installation, trim carpentry, tile laying, fixture installation, plastering, caulking, painting, flooring installation, roofing, and restoration. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in various trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and remodeling. Must have your own tools. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams and documenting issues clearly. Construction experience across multiple trades including framing, drywall finishing, cabinet installation, door hanging, hardscape work, and fixture setup.
