Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Interior Renovation Crew Member and be at the forefront of transforming living spaces! In this energetic role, you will collaborate with skilled professionals to execute comprehensive interior renovations, ensuring each project exceeds client expectations. Your hands-on expertise will help bring beautiful, functional homes to life through meticulous craftsmanship and efficient project execution. Duties Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing to prepare spaces for renovation Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during various renovation tasks Install flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, trim carpentry, doors, tiles, and other interior components with precision Perform painting, caulking, plastering, and restoration work to achieve high-quality finishes Support electrical work, plumbing, and fixture installation under supervision to ensure proper functionality Conduct construction inspections and quality checks throughout each phase of the project Collaborate with team members on construction management tasks such as estimating materials and managing timelines Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential interior projects Familiarity with building finishing techniques including drywall, flooring, trim carpentry, and painting Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in remodeling projects Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, caulking, tile laying, roofing, and fixture installation is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints and construction plans; experience with Bluebeam software is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on construction sites Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in construction management and estimating Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to grow your career in residential renovation!
