What You'll Do Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills Complete quality installations in as little as one day Follow all installation procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customers' homes Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials We take pride in leaving homes better than we found them — and in delivering a five-star experience every time. What We're Looking For 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead when necessary Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate. Full-time availability Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays required.
