As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and team members to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. Your expertise in construction techniques, plumbing, electrical work, and material installation will be essential to creating stunning bathroom environments that meet both aesthetic and functional standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling projects Demolish existing bathroom fixtures and structures safely while managing waste disposal efficiently Install plumbing systems, fixtures, electrical components, drywall, tile masonry, and flooring according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to perform precise cuts, measurements, and installations Apply caulking, plastering, stucco, and gutter installation techniques to ensure durable finishes Manage building material installation including cabinets, fixtures, tiles, and other custom features with attention to detail Conduct construction inspections throughout each phase to ensure compliance with safety standards and project plans Follow blueprint specifications closely while adapting to on-site conditions for optimal results Maintain accurate dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools for precise fitting of components Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs and timeframes using construction estimating skills Uphold excellent customer service by communicating project progress clearly and addressing client questions professionally Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects in residential or commercial settings Strong background in tile laying, flooring installation, drywall finishing, carpentry (including framing), masonry, and fixture installation Familiarity with Bluebeam software for reviewing construction plans and managing project documentation is preferred Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and building codes related to bathroom renovations Experience interpreting technical drawings and following detailed construction plans accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment necessary for remodeling tasks Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely using tape measures for custom fitting of materials Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in fast-paced environments Join us as a Bathroom Remodeler if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
