Skills Basic electrical, such as photocells, ceiling fans, and tripped breakers. Basic plumbing for toilet, faucet and sink adjustments. Minor drywall patches and repairs Painting with proper use of tools, related materials and cleanup. General carpentry skills for interior repairs. Working experience with proper selection and use of hand and power tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly. Understanding of safety practices which comply with local, city, state and federal guidelines. Requirements 2-years of experience in construction or residential maintenance Fluent in English (verbal & written) Spanish is a huge, plus but not required Always provide a professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent attendance record and punctual High attention to details Meticulously organized with vehicle, supplies, tools and reporting Self-starter and ability to work independently yet collaborate well with a team Ability to prioritize and stay on schedule Valid driver's license with a 5-year clean driving record MUST pass a background check that includes: criminal, MVR and credit MUST pass drug screening. We are a drug-free workplace! Ability to grasp, lift, move or carry 50+ lbs, and be on your feet a majority of the day Core hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
