Starin Construction & Renovation is hiring a full-time Skilled Remodel Technician or crew to join our residential remodeling team. This position is focused heavily on interior finish work including drywall finishing, painting, trim carpentry, flooring installation, punch work, and final detail-oriented finishes on residential renovation projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product. Attention to detail is extremely important. Our company has high standards, and finished work is expected to be clean, professional, and completed correctly the first time.

Requirements:

Experience with drywall finishing, painting, trim, flooring, and interior finishes Must have your own tools for finish work and daily tasks Ability to lead apprentices and work well with a team Reliable transportation Professional attitude and strong work ethic Must maintain clean and organized jobsites and clean up after yourself daily Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
