Job Description
Framing and drywall technician with a minimum of (3) years experience needed for commercial property repairs and interior build outs. Code compliance experience a must. License and certifications a plus. General interior construction; demo, carpentry and paint experience a plus. Full time and flex days available. Competitive rates based on experience. Job site locations from Ft. Lauderdale to Delray Beach. Must have van or pickup truck and valid DL. Code compliance knowledge and application a must. Blueprints and plans experience a must. Materials takeoffs required. Painting experience required. Finish carpentry, soffit build-out experience required Window and door framing and door hanging experience a plus. Texture blending a plus. ACT ceiling framing and installation a plus. Pulling and backing trailers a plus. •Benefits eligibility after 90 days including Health, Dental, Vision, Cell Phone Reimbursement and $0.56/mile during work hours.
