In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall to create smooth, durable surfaces that meet high-quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize your skills in drywall installation and finishing, and ensure safety compliance throughout all phases of work. Responsibilities Measure, cut, hang, and secure drywall panels using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency Apply drywall mud (joint compound), tape seams, and sand surfaces to achieve a seamless finish ready for painting or texturing Read blueprints and construction plans to accurately interpret specifications for drywall installation and repair projects Perform drywall repairs, patching holes, cracks, or water damage restorations while maintaining high standards of quality Texturize walls and ceilings using various techniques such as spray or hand-applied textures to match existing finishes Level 5 finishers requested Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols Experience Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing (taping, mudding, texturing), and repair within a construction environment Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with hand tools (e.g., knives, trowels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers or tile cutters Background working on diverse construction sites including remodeling, restoration industry projects, or new builds Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices for working at heights or on scaffolding Level 5 Finishing experience Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship!
