Renovation / Remodeling Laborers and Specialists are needed for renovations of apartments. Minimum of 5 years experience required in multi-family renovations, make-ready, or remodeling. Think Construction Services is a national renovations company based in Florida. We seek reliable, trustworthy, talented individuals who enjoy working with a team to meet deadlines. Well-rounded candidates must be able to do the following: Install kitchen and bath cabinets and laminate countertops Install faucets and sinks (kitchen and bath) - light plumbing experience Replace light fixtures, install ceiling fans - light electrical experience Experienced in drywall patching and repairs At the request of their supervisor, an employee may be asked to perform additional duties or take on additional responsibilities as it pertains to interior renovations. Travel within the State of Florida All applicants MUST pass a drug screening and background check prior to employment. All applicants MUST be authorized to work in the United States.
