We are looking for candidates with commercial painting experience. 1. Experience Requirements Candidate should have experience with: Interior and exterior commercial painting Prep work (masking, patching, sanding, caulking, cleaning) Rolling, brushing, and spraying Working on Drywall, CMU / Precast, Metal doors and frames, Structural steel, Concrete and masonry surfaces Additional experience: Applying primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings as needed

Preferred:

Able to communicate clearly in English for safety and coordination on the job Experience working on projects such as schools, hospitals, stadiums, office buildings, retail, industrial sites, or occupied spaces Comfortable working with lifts, swing stages, and other high-access equipment JLA badging (if applicable) Able to pass a security background check 2. Skill Level Expectations The candidate should be able to: Cut and roll with clean, professional-quality results Spray efficiently and safely while minimizing overspray and material waste Properly prep surfaces prior to coating applications Protect surrounding finishes and occupied areas during work Follow product specifications and manufacturer guidelines Maintain a steady pace without compromising quality Complete punch list and finish work as needed 3.

Reliability/Work Ethic Candidates must:

Be punctual and consistently show up on time Be dependable and ready to work each day Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite Be able to work full shifts, including occasional off-hours or night work as needed Follow direction from the superintendent, foreman, or lead painter Maintain a professional attitude on active commercial jobsites 4. Safety Expectations Candidates must understand and follow all jobsite safety rules.

Must be able to:

Wear required PPE at all times Work safely on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts Maintain a clean and organized work area Respect occupied spaces, customers, tenants, and other trades Follow OSHA and all jobsite safety regulations

Preferred:

Lift certification/scissor lift/ boom lift experience OSHA 10 or

OSHA 30 5.

Tools/ Equipment Familiarity Candidates should have hands-on experience with: Brushes, rollers, and extension poles Airless sprayers (Graco or similar equipment) Sanding tools and surface prep equipment Masking materials and jobsite protection methods Caulking guns and sealants

Bonus :

Ability to troubleshoot basic spray issues, including tip clogs, pressure adjustments, and uneven spray patterns. 6.
