July 16 or July 17 (approximately 2 hours) Position Overview Ideal Professional Services LLC is seeking 1-2 experienced, dependable Painter/Drywall Finishers to join our growing team. We are looking for professionals who take pride in producing high-quality work, communicate well, and can work independently while representing our company professionally. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, full-time project work , not occasional side jobs. Responsibilities The ideal candidate must be able to perform most or all of the following: Painting Interior and exterior painting Operate airless paint sprayers (Graco, Titan, or equivalent) Spray walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and other finishes Brush and roll applications Surface preparation Masking and protecting work areas Caulking and finish preparation Clean equipment after each project Drywall Hang drywall Perform drywall repairs Patching Taping Mudding Sanding Texture matching Knockdown texture Orange peel texture Smooth wall finishing Final preparation before painting General Responsibilities Maintain clean and organized job sites Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Communicate professionally with customers Follow project timelines Protect customer property Assist with other construction-related tasks when needed Qualifications Applicants should have: Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience Professional drywall finishing experience Ability to produce high-quality finishes Experience using airless paint sprayers Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Positive attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Own basic hand tools Own an airless paint sprayer preferred Hiring Process Qualified candidates will complete: Resume review Phone interview 2-hour working interview (July 16 or July 17) Reference verification or portfolio review Final contractor agreement Evaluation Period New contractors will complete a 90-day evaluation period .

Quality of workmanship Reliability Professionalism Attendance Productivity Customer satisfaction Ability to work independently Successful contractors who complete the evaluation period will receive an increase from $23/hour to $25/hour .
