Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drywall & Framing Contractors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality drywall installation, framing, and related finishing tasks across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that structures are built to precise specifications, meet safety standards, and are completed efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new builds to remodeling and restoration jobs, contributing to the creation of durable, aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and drywall installations. Erect metal building frameworks and install metal stud framing with precision and adherence to safety standards. Install drywall panels, plastering, stucco, siding, and trim carpentry to achieve smooth finishes and seamless surfaces. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing tasks as required for structural support. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, measuring, fastening, and finishing materials. Conduct masonry work including setting up formwork for concrete pours and restoring existing structures when necessary. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; interpret construction plans for accurate material placement. Execute metal building erection projects with efficiency while maintaining safety protocols on-site. Assist with remodeling projects by installing siding, restoring damaged areas, or updating interior finishes. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to quality standards. Experience Proven experience in drywall installation, framing (including wood and metal studs), masonry, or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including heavy lifting, use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, concrete finishing processes, and plastering methods. Background in metal building erection or steel framing is highly desirable. Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely for framing and drywall placement. Experience working with construction plans in remodeling or restoration projects is a plus. Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites; ability to operate equipment safely while maintaining productivity.
