In this role, you will be responsible for framing with metal studs and installing drywall efficiently and accurately across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable, high-quality interior walls and ceilings that meet precise specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, develop your skills, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in building craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install metal studs according to construction plans and schematics Hang drywall panels securely using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and fastening Perform drywall taping, mudding, texturing, and finishing to achieve smooth surfaces ready for painting or further finishing Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute framing and drywall installation tasks Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence to maintain a safe working environment Repair or replace damaged drywall sections and perform drywall mudding and texturing as needed Assist with fixture installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, and other related tasks to support overall project completion Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on metal stud framing and drywall installation Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings in a construction setting Knowledge of construction estimating processes and understanding of building codes and safety regulations Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, drywall taping tools, and related equipment Experience in drywall repair, mudding, texturing, plastering, and finishing techniques Background working on diverse construction sites including remodeling, restoration industry projects, or new builds Additional skills such as plumbing, masonry, flooring installation or water damage restoration are a plus but not required Requirements-Clear Background Check/US Citizen/Reliable Transportation Sign-on Bonus after 30 days Join us in delivering top-quality craftsmanship while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values safety, precision, and teamwork.
