Candidates holding a valid General Contractor License will receive priority consideration. Key Responsibilities General Maintenance and Repairs Perform a wide range of tasks, Especially HVAC including Plumbing, Electrical work, Drywall, Carpentry Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, from routine maintenance to complex repair challenges. Timely Work Order Completion Complete assigned work orders efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Quality & Professionalism Deliver consistent, detail-oriented workmanship that reflects company standards and client expectations.
