This position offers steady work, weekly pay, and a company truck with gas provided. All jobs are assigned — no leads to find, no customers to chase, no contracts to secure. Bilingual applicants (English / Spanish) are welcome. Deliver construction materials to job sites Load and unload materials Secure materials safely for transport Assist with basic construction labor when needed Drive a company work truck (manual or automatic)

Materials Include:

Sheetrock Ceiling tile Metals Compounds Lumber This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent, ongoing work. Schedule Start times as early as 4:00 AM No set clock-out time — work ends when the assignment is completed Typically finished before 7:00 PM 5 days per week preferred Most Saturdays have work available Part-time availability may be considered Must be available when scheduled and able to accept assigned jobs Pay Weekly pay Average weekly earnings: $600-$800 Safety Net Guarantee Drivers who work a full 5-day work week are guaranteed a minimum of $550 Saturdays include a minimum earning guarantee of $80 Daily pay varies by job assignment: Some days around $60 Other days $200+ Steady, non-seasonal work Occasional downtime depending on yard scheduling Requirements Willing and able to drive long distances Acceptable driving record Reliable and punctual Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor Construction experience preferred, not required Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus No background checks No drug testing Able to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Insurance not required Work Location Job sites throughout Chattanooga, TN, and surrounding areas.
