Drywall Laborer Key Responsibilities:
Job Site Cleanup & Support Clean and maintain drywall job sites throughout the workday. Pick up and properly dispose of drywall scraps, debris, and other construction materials. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of potential safety hazards. Assist drywall crews with general labor and jobsite needs as directed. Help maintain an efficient work environment so crews can stay on schedule. Teamwork & Communication Follow instructions and directions from lead supervisors and field management. Work efficiently to support construction schedules and project deadlines. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades on the job site. Assist with additional job-site duties as needed. Demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Safety & Job Site Standards Follow all company safety policies and job-site procedures. Properly handle and dispose of construction debris and materials. Maintain awareness of surroundings while working in active construction areas. Report unsafe conditions or job-site concerns to a supervisor promptly. Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately. Qualifications Basic construction knowledge or previous construction experience is a plus. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday. Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Previous drywall experience is preferred but not required. What Success Looks Like in This Role Job sites remain clean, organized, and safe. Drywall crews receive dependable support throughout the project. Cleanup responsibilities are completed efficiently without delaying construction schedules. Instructions from supervisors are followed accurately and efficiently. Safety standards are consistently followed. You demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
