Compensation Base pay of $15.50-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience Depending on the project, compensation may be hourly or piecework We always pay the compensation method that provides the highest earning potential Paid biweekly Paid travel time between job sites Mileage reimbursement between job sites Responsibilities Perform detailed post-construction cleaning for residential and commercial properties throughout the Treasure Valley Prepare newly constructed and remodeled spaces for occupancy by removing construction dust, debris, labels, paint overspray, and other jobsite residue Deliver exceptional final-clean results by detailing and inspecting finished surfaces to Eagleson Cleaning quality standards Operate professional cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively Maintain a professional jobsite and properly use and care for company equipment and supplies Travel between multiple job locations as needed throughout the workday Work independently and efficiently while consistently meeting production and quality expectations Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality-control guidelines Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, supervisors, and team members Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or quality deficiencies Represent Eagleson Cleaning with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Reliable transportation required Smartphone with internet access required for scheduling, communication, and job management Ability to travel between job sites daily Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, trustworthy, and professional Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who: Show up when they say they will Communicate clearly and professionally Take pride in their work Treat every property with care and respect Understand that details matter Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Are motivated to complete jobs correctly and on schedule Can work independently while remaining accountable Want to grow with a company that is expanding rapidly What We Offer Family-owned and family-focused company culture Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Independent work with minimal supervision Paid on-the-job training and ongoing development Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Opportunity for growth as we continue to expand Consistent year-round work for dependable team members Application Questions Are you available for work Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM?
