Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and skilled Crew Member to join our family-owned residential and light commercial remodeling company based in Lombard, IL . The ideal candidate will have experience in various remodeling tasks and a strong work ethic. You'll work on interior and exterior projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and some light commercial spaces. We offer consistent 40-hour work weeks and a team-oriented environment. Duties Perform general remodeling work including kitchens, bathrooms, tile installation, and basement finishing Assist in interior framing and light carpentry tasks Install windows, exterior siding, and handle occasional roofing assignments Perform light electrical and plumbing tasks Keep job sites organized, clean, and prepped for the next phase of construction Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Ability to work with minimal supervision/assistance Qualifications Experience in interior and exterior remodeling Experience in light framing, tile work, light plumbing or electrical Ability to lift and move around job site material, both indoor and outdoor. Must have reliable transportation to job sites within a 45-minute radius of Lombard, IL.
