Job Summary Join our growing team as a Professional Window Washer! We are a growing team looking for 1-2 more. Additional compensation is considered for those with high-rise bosun's and rope access experience for our commercial work. Your expertise in cleaning and custodial work will shine with our growing, employee-centered, and high-paying position. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the clarity and sparkle of residential and commercial windows. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create inviting, professional environments for businesses and their customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in commercial cleaning while contributing to a visually impressive workspace. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment and safety equipment (such as ladders) to access high or hard to reach places Conduct routine janitorial tasks including wiping down surfaces, removing debris, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with cleaning chemicals to prevent accidents Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale cleaning projects efficiently and effectively Inspect windows regularly for damage or dirt buildup, reporting issues promptly for maintenance or repairs Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, preferably in a residential setting Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and safety procedures Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders and working with two-story heights Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team $30 if you have experience washing windows professionally. $20-$30 minimum depending on experience otherwise.
