This role involves mostly sanding drywall after its installation, taping, mudding, and repair to achieve high-quality results that meet project standards. Responsibilities Perform drywall sanding to create a smooth surface ready for finishing or painting. Assist with drywall installation, taping, mudding, and repair as needed to support overall project progress. Ensure all drywall surfaces are properly finished, free of imperfections, and meet quality standards. Use appropriate tools and techniques to sand drywall efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and uphold safety standards on-site. Maintain a clean work area by removing dust and debris generated during sanding processes. Requirements Prior experience in drywall finishing, sanding, or related construction roles is preferred.
