Job Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with expertise in various aspects of structural building and architectural finishes.
Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of construction processes from start to finish. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Familiar with drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting processes. Resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise during construction. Communicate effectively with team members, architects, and engineers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong verbal and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor when necessary. Lift / carry materials weighing up to 100lbs. (assistance available when lifting items over 50 lbs.)

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years construction experience is required. Minimal travel required.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Additional requirements:
This is a full-time position. Employees are expected to work a general schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Employees may be required to work beyond the standard schedule to meet the deliverables and expectations of the role.
