Full Job Description Job Description Working under the direction of the Vice President and Division Field Manager, the Residential Drywall Foreman is responsible for maintaining the integrity of a central Indiana portfolio in accordance with Associated Drywall Partners mission, vision, and goals, as well as meeting and exceeding our client's objectives. The Residential Drywall Foreman will be responsible for management and development of all team members assigned, either directly or through others. He/she will maintain a close working relationship with peers and functional departments in a collaborative, Team environment. He/she will also maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and others serving the company and/or its clients. We are looking for a candidate who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with the initiative and drive to make this position their own. The Residential Drywall Foreman is expected to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the portfolio whenever and wherever possible. What Does a Residential Drywall Foreman Do? As a Residential Drywall Foreman, you will supervise drywall repair techs and coordinate and adhere to schedules for each house to ensure promptness and quality for each job. Your responsibilities include overseeing the repair, service or warranty work done by your techs. Other duties include ensuring all materials are available for the techs to complete drywalling tasks. You monitor drywall project deadlines and assign work activities to meet the builder's timeline. Essential Requirements 3-5 year drywall related management/skill preferred Reading and understanding of prints and general drywall scope of work Basic computer experience Crew management experience Time management Dedication to safety Valid Drivers license Company Overview Associated Drywall Partners is a Drywall Contracting Company that performs Commercial, Multi Family, and Single-Family Residential Drywall Work in over 22 States throughout the United States. Most recently voted Walls & Ceilings 2020 Top 50 Contractors! We have been in the drywall business since 1992 serving the hospitality industry, the residential markets and commercial customers. Since our inception we have done a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects, and residential homes for both production builders and custom builders. We are currently looking to add a member to our Indiana team to assist production builders with their service, repair and warranty needs.Starting Salary:
$60,000 - $85,000 (Based on industry-related experience and accreditations) Performance Based Bonus Program Paid weekly Company truck + fuel card iPad and Phone Pay:
