Job Description

Job Overview We are looking to add a reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy team member to Croyle Construction, LLC. In this role, you will support renovation projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that all aspects of building and remodeling work are executed efficiently and safely. We complete various types of jobs that include but are not limited to painting, flooring, drywall, tile work, framing, and finish work such as trim, doors, and windows. Your enthusiasm for construction, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on diverse renovation and remodeling initiatives. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials, including flooring, tile, cabinetry, and trim carpentry components Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as caulking, plastering, stucco application, and window installation Various jobs that include but are not limited to painting, drywall, framing, and finish work Experience Prior construction experience or familiarity with restoration is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Must be dependable, trustworthy, and motivated Hands-on experience with painting, flooring, or remodeling projects is highly desirable Ability to provide transportation to the job site Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is beneficial Join us as a Renovation Assistant and be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming spaces through skilled craftsmanship.
