This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on bathroom remodeling projects that consist of plumbing, tub/shower installations, shower doors, and fixtures. As an Installer/Helper, you will train with and assist a Rebath installer with the goal of becoming an installer. Whether you're assisting with fabricating materials or handling heavy lifting, this position provides a rewarding environment for growth and skill development in the construction industry. Duties Assist with demo, plumbing, installation of solid surface shower wall material, shower bases, tub, shower doors, fixtures, cabinets, and drywall according to construction plans and schematics. Handle glass materials carefully during transportation and installation to ensure quality and safety Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and secure materials on-site Perform heavy lifting tasks safely Conduct quality control measurements to verify proper fit, alignment, and finish of installed components Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure construction site environment Job site clean up Skills Construction estimating experience is a plus for understanding project scope and material needs Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, levels, saws, and measuring tapes Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and heavy lifting techniques Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for quality control purposes Strong handyman skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail Ability to interpret technical schematics and schematics for various fixtures and structural components This Installer/Helper role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction while developing versatile skills across multiple trades.
