We promote from within as we continue our rapid expansion. The Role We are looking for a Painting & Drywall Specialist who takes pride in a flawless finish. Your primary mission is the "Turn" - transforming lived-in units into pristine, "like-new" homes through expert interior painting and drywall restoration. While your expertise lies in finishing, you are a team player who is happy to pivot to basic maintenance tasks during downtime or assist with large-scale preventative maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint Specialist:

Use color matching knowledge to create paint code matching log for each community or property for simple and easy future reference. Master of the "Turn": Execute full interior paints of vacant units with speed and precision. This includes professional masking, cutting-in, spraying and rolling.

Drywall Restoration:

Handle larger-scale drywall projects, from patching "anchor holes" to replacing full sheets, taping, mudding, and matching textures.

Preventative Maintenance:

Participate in bi-annual preventative maintenance schedules, such as portfolio-wide HVAC filter changes and smoke detector testing in the spring and fall.

Versatile Support:

During downtime between turns, assist the maintenance team with basic work orders (e.g., changing light fixtures, clearing minor clogs, or adjusting cabinet hardware).

Emergency Response:

Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule for emergencies (overtime pay applicable). What You Bring to the

Proven experience in professional interior painting and drywall finishing. You should know your way around different sheens, textures, and repair techniques.

High School Diploma and a valid Driver's License with a clean record (required for vehicle insurance). The Tools of the
