In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to ensure high-quality interior surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and related tasks such as metal framing, drop ceiling installation, stucco/efis application, and insulation work. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment. Duties Hang drywall panels accurately and securely on walls and ceilings according to project specifications. Finish drywall surfaces by taping, mudding, sanding, and applying texture to achieve smooth, professional results. Assist with metal framing installation to support drywall placement. Install drop ceilings as required for various interior spaces. Apply stucco or efis finishes when necessary to enhance surface durability and aesthetics. Support insulation installation to improve building energy efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met with quality workmanship. Experience Proven experience in drywall hanging and finishing is essential. Familiarity with metal framing, drop ceiling installation, stucco/efis application, and insulation work is preferred. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills. Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Prior experience working on commercial or residential construction projects is advantageous.
