Position Overview S&H Delivery LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and safe, reliable package delivery. We are seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses, and represent both Amazon and S&H Delivery LLC with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery van while following all traffic laws and company policies. Deliver Amazon packages efficiently and accurately to residential and commercial customers. Use handheld technology to manage and complete delivery routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle. Follow Amazon and S&H Delivery LLC safety procedures at all times. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Work in various weather conditions and environments. Meet delivery performance, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route status, delays, incidents, or concerns. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required). Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the day. Strong attendance and punctuality record. Ability to use smartphone and GPS technology. Physical Requirements Ability to enter and exit a delivery vehicle frequently throughout the day. Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to safely lift and move packages up to 50 pounds. Work Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Typical shifts are 8-10 hours. Weekend availability required. Open availability preferred, including holidays and peak delivery seasons. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $21.00 per hour.
