Full-time Full Job Description:

From historic building renovations to office and hospital work, our ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial construction & remodeling practices as well as have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to work with a team. (Hospital construction experience is a plus .) Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Ensuring quality control Reviewing/following plans, specifications, and revisions (P.M., Carpenter) Able to perform medal stud layout Concrete formation Framing Hanging drywall/Finishing drywall Setting door frames, hanging and prepping doors, installing door hardware and panic devices Ability to organize, sequence, and perform assigned task within a schedule

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience with construction Reliable transportation Personal hand-tools Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions Ability to work early morning•into the afternoon Monday•Friday (varies slightly by project & season) Good communication skills Screening requirements: Drug testing, Motor Vehicle, Criminal Background check
