Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Renovation Technician to join our team and drive excellence in remodeling and restoration projects. As a key contributor, you will bring your expertise in construction, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing to transform spaces efficiently and safely. Duties Perform comprehensive renovation tasks including drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and painting to enhance interior space. Install fixtures such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, glass panels, doors, windows, and hardware with precision. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or renovation roles with a strong background in carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, or related trades. Knowledge of construction management principles and ability to read detailed blueprints or schematics. Electrical experience including wiring, fixture installation, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with building finishing techniques such as plastering, caulking, painting, and tile laying. Ability to perform plumbing repairs or installations as needed for remodeling projects. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
