In this role, you will be responsible for finishing drywall surfaces, applying high-quality paint finishes, and ensuring that every detail meets our standards of excellence. Your skills in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques will contribute to creating commercial projects. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and smooth finishes Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray techniques), ensuring even coverage. Execute drywall finishing tasks such as taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve seamless wall surfaces. Perform structural painting on various surfaces including stucco, masonry, concrete, and metal materials with attention to detail. Use hand tools and automatic drywall taping tools. Maintain safety protocols by wearing respiratory protection, adhering to safety regulations (proper PPE), and following proper procedures during all phases of construction painting and finishing Qualifications Proven experience in drywall finishing and commercial painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and power tools for various applications Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction painting including respiratory protection measures Valid ladder use skills for working at heights safely on scaffolding or ladders Automatic taping tool experience preferred but not mandatory Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
