Job Description

Elite Painters & Home Services is looking for an experienced Drywall Finisher & Painter to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099) . We're looking for someone who can work independently, produce high-quality results, and confidently handle jobs with minimal supervision. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Drywall finishing (taping, floating, skim coating, sanding, texture matching) Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation, patching, caulking, and priming Maintain clean, professional job sites Complete work efficiently while meeting quality standards
Requirements:
Extensive experience in drywall finishing and painting Able to work independently and manage assigned projects Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment Professional attitude and strong attention to detail Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor Comfortable being paid on a daily rate
Work Availability:
Work volume will depend on your experience, quality of work, reliability, and project availability. Contractors who consistently produce excellent work can expect more opportunities. How to
