Our mission is to provide quality commercial construction services on all projects. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Finisher to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in commercial interior/exterior construction—specifically light-gauge metal framing, drywall hanging, and acoustical ceiling installation.

Key Responsibilities Expert Finishing:

Perform high-quality drywall finishing tasks including, but not limited to, mesh taping, paper taping, spackling, fast-mask application, and No-Coat installation to meet strict commercial architectural standards.

Site Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site. Install surface protection and safety signage, organize tools/equipment, and secure the site daily to eliminate potential hazards.

Staging & Rigging:

Safely erect and disassemble ladders, scaffolding, barriers, and staging platforms as required by OSHA and company safety policies.

Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate and provide assistance to carpenters, framers, and other trades on-site to ensure seamless project execution.

Position Requirements Proven Experience:

Demonstrable experience in commercial construction drywall finishing, framing, or a closely related trade.

Legal & Security:

Must be able to provide valid documentation to pass mandatory project-specific background checks.

Reliability:

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to commute to various jobsites.

Professional Adaptability:

Ability to multitask, follow complex architectural instructions/blueprints, and work overtime hours when project deadlines require it.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to handle the physical demands of commercial construction, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
