In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and painting drywall surfaces to create smooth, durable walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, precision, and teamwork. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install drywall panels according to construction plans and schematics Apply drywall mud (joint compound) for taping, finishing, and texturing surfaces to achieve a seamless appearance Sand and smooth finished surfaces to prepare for painting or additional finishing work Paint drywall surfaces using brushes, rollers, or airless spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and quality finish Repair damaged drywall or plaster as needed during renovation or restoration projects Install metal studs, trim carpentry elements, doors, fixtures, and other related components in conjunction with drywall work Follow safety protocols and adhere to construction workplace safety regulations at all times Requirements Proven experience in drywall installation, mudding, taping, texturing, and painting within construction environments Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., knives, trowels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers Knowledge of metal stud framing, plastering techniques, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry is a plus Familiarity with construction estimating processes and water damage restoration is advantageous Strong understanding of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and hazard prevention measures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively Valid experience in remodeling projects or the restoration industry enhances candidacy Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in various construction site settings Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a vibrant environment!
