Full-time, W2 About Us Clearway Home Services is a growing home improvement company serving the Greater DC area. We partner with leading national home improvement organizations, handling the prep and finish work that makes their installs look flawless — including closet removals, wall repair, and painting. We also take on framing, trim, and flooring projects. We're building a skilled, reliable team and looking for someone who takes pride in quality work. What You'll Do Remove existing closet systems and prep the space for new installation Patch, repair, and finish drywall to a paint-ready standard Paint closets and adjacent areas to a clean, professional finish Frame new doorways, install trim/molding, and handle flooring replacement as projects require Work directly in clients' homes — respectful, punctual, and detail-oriented conduct required What We're Looking For Proven, hands-on experience with drywall repair/finishing and painting (required) Additional experience in framing, trim carpentry, or flooring is a strong plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Own basic hand tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working independently in client homes with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and pride in a clean, professional finished product We're looking for someone experienced enough to work independently and eventually help guide additional hires What We Offer $30-$35/hour based on experience Full-time, consistent work Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunity to grow with an expanding company
