Job Summary Constanto Group is looking for an experienced and dependable Reglazing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience refinishing and reglazing bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops, vanities, and cabinets in multifamily properties.

This position requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Reglaze and refinish bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops, vanities, and cabinets Properly prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming Apply coatings and finishes according to manufacturer specifications Repair minor chips, cracks, scratches, and surface imperfections Maintain clean and organized work areas Protect surrounding walls, floors, fixtures, and property during projects Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish Communicate professionally with property managers, maintenance staff, residents, and customers Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition Qualifications Previous experience in bathtub, countertop, cabinet, or surface refinishing preferred Experience with spray equipment and professional coatings is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work in occupied apartments and multifamily properties professionally Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical job duties What We Offer Consistent work and opportunities for advancement Professional and supportive work environment Company vehicle mileage reimbursement

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
