Top Dogg Demo & Hauling LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Commercial Light Demolition & Debris/Junk Removal Crew for upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an established crew that is equipped, experienced, safety-conscious, and ready to take on commercial demolition, construction cleanup, and debris-removal work. The ideal crew will have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation and equipment, and an established crew capable of completing projects efficiently, safely, and professionally. Primary Duties Perform light demolition, including removal of non-structural walls, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, stucco, and other building materials Safely dismantle and remove non-structural construction components Load, haul, and properly dispose of construction debris, junk, and unwanted materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to minimize disruption to ongoing work Follow project specifications, instructions, drawings, and applicable safety requirements Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain safe work practices consistent with applicable OSHA requirements Complete assigned work professionally, efficiently, and within established project schedules Preferred Experience Commercial or residential demolition experience Construction site cleanup and debris removal Junk removal and hauling Experience removing drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, stucco, plaster, fixtures, and other building materials General construction or remodeling experience Familiarity with construction plans and project specifications Experience with masonry, caulking, hardscaping, flooring, cabinetry, or related trades Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other light/heavy equipment is a plus Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment Proven ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a professional construction team Crew Requirements The crew must provide: Active LLC or other properly established business entity Completed W-9 Minimum $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance Commercially appropriate vehicle, truck, and/or trailer All necessary demolition and construction tools Established crew of 3-5 workers Reliable transportation and the ability to mobilize when projects are awarded Ability to provide proof of insurance and required business documentation upon request We are specifically looking for established crews that currently have an active business in Maryland—not individual day laborers . Crews should be capable of supplying their own labor, transportation, tools, and equipment necessary to complete assigned work. Compensation Compensation is determined per project awarded in the future. There is no fixed hourly wage for this position. Project pricing will vary depending on the scope of work, labor requirements, materials, site conditions, project duration, disposal requirements, equipment needs, and other specifications associated with each contract. The compensation range advertised for a project should be considered an estimated project range only . Actual crew compensation will be determined on a project-by-project basis and agreed upon before work begins. Why Work With Us?
