Attic Access Installation Job Location:

Clayton, MI 49235 Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Cut drywall opening in ceiling to accommodate a new attic access hatch (no existing attic entry point) Install fire-retardant wood attic ladder kit Frame the opening per manufacturer kit specifications Drywall patch and finish around new opening, including the existing ceiling texture Final inspection to confirm smooth ladder operation and finished appearance blends with existing ceiling Full clean-up and haul off of all debris

JOB DETAILS

All major materials will be supplied by Sentri Homes Point of contact: Sarita / Sarita@sentrihomes.com / 928-437-0586 REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2+ years of trade experience (carpentry/drywall) Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos Experience matching drywall texture (knockdown/splatter) strongly preferred PAY $500 Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period. Do great work and there's more where this came from. We reward reliable, quality crews with repeat projects nationwide.
