" to work and live. Peak is currently seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 1,200+ unit community, Ramblewood Apartments. Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and minor wall repairs This position does require on-call rotation. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team Must have reliable transportation. Why come work for us?
