High-Skill Level Home Renovations (Residential Construction) Revive Estates Lansing, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $25 - $38 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Flooring installation Drywall Residential construction Power tools Frame carpentry Hand tools Full Job Description Responsibilities Perform residential renovation and remodeling work on occupied and vacant properties Complete demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim, and finish work as assigned Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and full-property renovations from start to finish Follow project scopes, timelines, and daily work priorities provided by management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site Identify problems early and communicate delays, material shortages, or issues immediately Take daily progress photos and provide clear work updates to project management Measure, cut, and install materials accurately with attention to detail Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair tasks when needed Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity Coordinate with other crew members and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local code requirements Assist with punch-list items and final property cleanouts before project completion Pick up and transport materials when required Protect finished work, customer property, and company assets from damage Follow all company procedures regarding communication, attendance, and job documentation Arrive on time daily and maintain consistent reliability and professionalism Adapt to changing job site conditions and shifting project priorities Additional Expectations Strong work ethic and accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced renovation environment Clear communication with management and team members Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day Dependable transportation to and from job sites Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance on-site Preferred Skills Experience in residential construction or property renovations Knowledge of basic construction methods and tools Ability to read scopes of work or blueprints is a plus Experience with flooring, tile, drywall finishing, painting, or carpentry preferred OSHA or safety training is a plus Overview Join our dynamic residential construction team as a High-Level Finisher, where your expertise will transform spaces into polished masterpieces.
