Job Description Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall according to level of finish Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner Performs other related duties as assigned Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‐workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including apprentices and journeymen On-the-job training offered This position is safety-sensitive.
