Duties Assist in the demolition, preparation, and cleanup of interior spaces to ready them for remodeling projects. Install drywall, trim carpentry, flooring, cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other interior components with accuracy and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as plastering, stucco application, caulking, and painting. Manage building finishing tasks including drywall installation, sanding, painting, and surface finishing for a polished look. Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines using construction management principles and tools like Bluebeam for digital documentation. Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time and to quality standards Communicate professionally with team members, clients and supervisors Take direction well and show willingness to learn new skills and techniques Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on interior remodeling projects. Skilled in drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and drywall finishing techniques. Hands-on experience with flooring installation, cabinet hanging, door hanging, fixture installation, and trim carpentry. Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing systems, painting techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools required for remodeling tasks. Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating and inspection processes. Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance standards. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus; familiarity with Bluebeam software is advantageous.
