Responsibilities Perform tasks within each unit scope of work and as directed by crew lead. Tasks include installation of flooring, drywall, tile, doors, and other building materials. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to complete remodeling tasks efficiently. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow OSHA regulations. Qualifications Must have some working knowledge of building construction techniques including drywall installation, painting, trim installation, tile flooring installation, tile laying, minor plumbing, and window/door fitting. The drive and ability to learn new skills Some hands-on experience with light demo, drywall repair/replacement, PEX water line installation, painting/caulking applications, door framing/hanging, tile work, and finish work. (Full scope will be discussed during interview) Proficient in using hand and power tools Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and crew lead Qualified candidates should have their own basic tools and reliable transportation. This is not a short-term position. Typical work hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. We offer a monthly bonus program, benefits package and PTO.
