Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning windows and screens, gutter cleaning and power washing commercial and residential properties all over the greater Kansas City area. Responsibilities Cleaning of interior and exterior windows using appropriate tools and techniques Utilize ladders and other equipment safely to reach high or hard-to-access windows Follow established cleaning procedures to remove dirt, streaks, smudges, and debris from glass surfaces Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify areas needing special attention or repairs Maintain safety standards for self, partner and property at all times Assist with tasks such as wiping down sills, frames, and surrounding surfaces to ensure overall cleanliness Clean gutters and drains Experience Prior janitorial, window washing or landscaping experience required Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols related to window washing preferred Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness that brightens every space!
