In this role, you will be responsible for installing bathtubs, shower enclosures, and related fixtures with precision and care, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling and renovation projects, bringing comfort and style to our clients' homes and commercial spaces. Your expertise in construction techniques, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixture installation will be vital to delivering exceptional results on every job. Duties Install bathtubs, shower stalls, enclosures, and related fixtures according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Prepare work areas by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of installations Conduct inspections of installed fixtures to verify proper fit, function, and safety standards Perform surface preparations such as caulking, sealing, and finishing to ensure a polished appearance Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on fixture installation or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) safely and effectively Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and building codes related to bathroom installations Ability to read construction plans accurately and interpret technical instructions Experience with tile laying, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry or concrete finishing is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality control Valid driver's license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as needed Join us as a Bath Installer and bring your craftsmanship to life!
