Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Reconstruction. This role involves working on various construction projects, focusing on both residential and commercial repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction practices, with an emphasis on drywall, flooring, trim, and painting. You will be responsible for repairing areas to pre-loss conditions. Responsibilities

• Must be able to do drywall finish work!
• Execute reconstruction projects including hang, tape, texture drywall, install trim, painting, and flooring.
• Work alone or on a team.
• Read and interpret repair estimates to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
• Perform various other tasks as required by project demands.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Experience
• Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with interior finish work.
• Strong ability to get projects finished in a timely manner..
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• A commitment to safety practices and quality workmanship is required.
