Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drywaller to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and adhering to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects, from initial planning through final touches. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about construction management and skilled in diverse building techniques to make a tangible impact on our community's infrastructure and aesthetic. Duties Interpret and implement construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise execution of projects. Perform construction inspections to monitor quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently across outdoor work sites. Install various building materials including Drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and window systems. Conduct remodeling tasks and hardscape work such as patios or walkways while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols at all times during outdoor work environments and construction site activities. Qualifications Ability to hang and finish drywall at a high level Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence on active construction sites with outdoor work experience preferred. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
