What You'll Do As a Brick & Bloom Cleaning Contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services at assigned residential properties, including: Standard residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Kitchen and bathroom cleaning Dusting and surface cleaning Vacuuming and mopping Sanitizing and disinfecting Detail cleaning as outlined in the service scope Maintaining professional communication with clients Completing services according to the agreed-upon scope Reporting any damage, unusual conditions, or client concerns promptly Maintaining Brick & Bloom's quality and professionalism standards
Contractor Requirements Required:
Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience Must have an active general liability insurance policy appropriate for your cleaning business Reliable personal transportation Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to pass a background check Professional communication and customer-service skills Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning Professional appearance and conduct You Must Provide Your Own Because this is an independent contractor opportunity, contractors are expected to provide their own: Cleaning products Cleaning equipment Vacuum Mop/bucket system Microfiber cloths PPE as appropriate Transportation Other standard tools necessary to complete the services you accept Compensation Projected contractor earnings: approximately $20-$65+ per service hour. Actual earnings may vary based on: Type of cleaning Size and condition of the property Scope of work Complexity of the service Contractor experience Jobs accepted Contractors are compensated according to the agreed-upon service/job rate rather than an employee hourly wage. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, equipment, supplies, and other business expenses.
